These guys are great in a few different situations.
Slap them on your hands for floor work to prevent scraping and scuffing or if you have a prickly astroturf floor like we do.
Use them to prevent friction callouses on hand grips for any pull movements.
You can even use them for learning monkey Bar swings ... I would say once you are going fast over the monkey bars you would be better off using your bare hands and build up the callouses for real 💪 as faster movements can make the Palm Protectors move and be uncomfortable.
While you are still moving slower though, it can prevent the painful blisters that can further slow down your progress to being able to competently thrash through monkey bars.
