I have little or no exercise experience, so I need to start gently and progress steadily I exercise at least 2 days per week and have done so for over 3 months. I feel ready for a new challenge I have been exercising regularly for at least six month an am looking to add variety and intensity to my training I have a health condition that restricts my ability to exercise consistently
