To be eligible for a Companion Card in Queensland, you must:

while not specific this is a great assistance for people with disabilities and Fee Free Tafe is an awesome option, there are a lot of relevant courses for people who are supporting in this industry from support, medication, nursing and community certificates. It is an amazing government initiative.

To be eligible for Fee-Free TAFE funding, you must be:

  • an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian permanent resident visa holder
  • a Queensland resident
  • no longer at school
  • not currently enrolled in a qualification.

  • hold a current Services Australia or Department of Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card or a current Services Australia Health Care Card and be financially responsible for paying the electricity bill.
  • If you are already receiving the Electricity Rebate or other energy concessions, you can apply for this concession.
